A: The monogramming is always proportional to the item unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the Personalization page for standard monogram sizing.
Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A: Monogrammed items CANNOT be returned! If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item.
Q: WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ITEM HAS SHIPPED?
A: Once your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number!
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
A: All online orders take 1-2 weeks to process/ship unless otherwise stated.
Q: CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP IN-STORE?
A: Yes! During checkout, please select the in-store pickup option in the shipping options drop box.
Q: WILL ORDERS BE READY SOONER IF I PICK UP IN-STORE?
A: All online order take 1-2 weeks. A staff member will call you when your order is ready to pick up!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Please contact customer service via EMAIL to request your cancellation. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted within 24 hours of order being placed. Cancellation requests after 24 hours are not guaranteed due to how quick we send orders to production.
